2. Can't rate highly enough.I Force Stop it multiple times a day and it starts itself up when I get in and out of my car and the DEVELOPER REFUSES TO make this LESS INTRUSIVE ... There should be a way to disable the Bluetooth listenersWhat an awesome app! Love the cross fade feature between tracks, and big mode is much appreciated now I need reading glasses for smaller font (so not needed when using this app).

8. Attempts to optimize in phone settings makes app stop and lose memory of memory card music folders.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Folder Player Pro Issues

1. Fix Folder Player Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Folder Player Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Folder Player Pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Folder Player Pro" » Open Folder Player Pro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Folder Player Pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Folder Player Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Folder Player Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Folder Player Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Folder Player Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Folder Player Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Folder Player Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Folder Player Pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Folder Player Pro not working


2. Fix Folder Player Pro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Folder Player Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Folder Player Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Folder Player Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
