1. Random line near the edge of the screen, lag, erased things reappearing or not erasing until I switch pages.... it just needs some fine tuning and it's great,Im using the tab S6 lite, its great! I just wish it had a dark mode and the ability to choose from my own colors whenever I want to change the color of whatever I selected, instead of the default ones.

2. Please help.This app is almost perfect but the ability to resize pages is not great and the standard checkered page has an unnecessary line at the bottom and you cant change the size of the grid.

3. The ability to quickly erase without having to switch between tools, either by swiping with my finger instead of the pen or using the opposite end of the pen, would be a great feature.

4. For now, I'll stick to samsung notes.I've been using it for 2 weeks and was great.

8. I can't use this for handwriting at all, so I wish there were more fonts I could use instead, and a way to change the default font style and size so that I don't have to change it every time I make a new text box.Overall, this is a really cool app.

9. As I sit in meetings and see so many people taking notes on legal pads, spiral binders, there is still a need for a good hand writing app that will sync to all devices.

10. I tried closing the app, restarting my phone, creating a another new folder and start the whole process again but they stil are being erased everytime.

1. Fix Noteshelf Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Noteshelf: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Noteshelf App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Noteshelf" » Open Noteshelf - Notes, Annotations » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Noteshelf » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Noteshelf - Notes, Annotations app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Noteshelf servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Noteshelf - Notes, Annotations" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Noteshelf app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Noteshelf might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Noteshelf. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Noteshelf then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Noteshelf not working

2. Fix Noteshelf Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Noteshelf be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Noteshelf not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Noteshelf may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
