Why should I report an Issue with Flatastic - The Household App?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Flatastic to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Although it'd love to see two features, which are missing in my humble opinion: - be able to add expenses for someone else (who has paid / in his favor) - be able to settle payments by giving someone money and add that to the expenses chart / show the influence.

You could also consider implementing notification digests that would give users a summary of what happened throughout the day with just 1 notification instead of spamming me 20 times in a single day.I can't find an option for turning off notifications and I receive a lot of unnecessary notifications.

3. Sometimes it waits until a chore is late before notifying you it's your turn, and that's really annoying.Useful app, but without granular notification controls, the signal-to-noise ratio is lousy.

4. Now it's a bit cumbersome e.g. when someone is gone you'd like to push their task back to the next slot.I would like to create a new account and home but it says I'm offline and unable to connect to the servers, whether I try via WiFi or mobile data.

5. But it isn't very well executed.Great app but after a longer time where I didn't needed it I now have an annoying error: every time I go to the settings I get the message "products are loading" but nothing happens and I can't close it.

6. One thing I'd still like to see is, being able to not only add negative expenses (like rent) but also add positive expenses (like salary).Very hard to sign up someone.

7. Task reminders are useful, but I don't need 20 notifications everytime someone else scratches their head.

8. @devs please allow users to decide what types of notifications they want to receive.

9. Why, why, why did they miss out on such easy features???Great app but preferably there would be a feature to shuffle the chore cycle more easily.

10. Any idea what could be causing this?Everything an apartment sharing app needs! After a week of using it, I can't think of anything I would add or change so far.

1. Fix Flatastic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Flatastic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Flatastic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Flatastic" » Open Flatastic - The Household App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Flatastic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Flatastic - The Household App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Flatastic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Flatastic - The Household App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Flatastic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Flatastic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Flatastic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Flatastic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Flatastic not working

2. Fix Flatastic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Flatastic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Flatastic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Flatastic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
