Why should I report an Issue with Glitcho - Glitch Video & Photo?

1. You really get the sense that the developers put a lot of time into making this app.Brilliant so many effects to choose from! There are a lot of Pro effects that are amazing and you have to upgrade the app for about £4 one-off which imo is cheap compared to other apps which have less options and charge monthly, or you can watch an ad instead which is a great option as you can still save a photo with a Pro effect on and you haven't even spent anything except 30sec of your time! Just brilliant!This really is an excellent app.

Well worth the one off charge.good editing tools, powerful and many options, but absolutely horrid intrusive ad popups, that are linked to a "watch to avoid ads" style video, that you cant help but click on, as its placed in the UI where the editing features are so where users click anyway, making it it easy to accidentally click yes to autoplay a video ad... which is good for them ad wise, but inconsiderate UX experience design.

3. This app is the best video editing effects app that I've found but I can't use it!!! This app has the ability to assist you in creating some very original and unique videos BUT once they are exported, the resolution is so low, I can't even post them on Instagram.

4. Every time you click the video or the thing pops up you lose your progress editing.

5. buuuuttt here's what i don't like: (on android 10) error message occurs when live loading from camera, pic>>GIF doesn't bookmark, so it's just an extra photo editor really, limited functionality of videocamera and only able to capture in 16:9 or 4:3.

6. the only time I get ads is when I'm saving the video and it pops up with the processing notice.

7. Kept having corrupt video files that won't play.You can get some awesome, album-art-worthy results with this thing.

8. When a video I'm applying an effect to reaches its end, the app automatically begins processing the video and this always causes video to fail.

9. I looked for a long time, to find an app that I can put effects into, and this is the beat one I found so far.

10. Not only are there plenty of effects to choose from, most of them have adjustable parameters: this results in near infinite creative potential.

11. I'd gladly give it a higher rating once the issue is fixed.paid for premium because $5 is fair for the amount of time saved from just the channel curves.

1. Fix Glitcho Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Glitcho: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Glitcho App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Glitcho" » Open Glitcho - Glitch Video & Photo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Glitcho » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Glitcho - Glitch Video & Photo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Glitcho servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Glitcho - Glitch Video & Photo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Glitcho app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Glitcho might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Glitcho. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Glitcho then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Glitcho not working

2. Fix Glitcho Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Glitcho be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Glitcho not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Glitcho may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
