1. Best match percent by Netflix usually doesn't make sense.Great app, but sometimes cannot find the movie, even the first or only search result is a hit! Also the tap to search option still opens the browser, when my preference is to open imdb app.

1. Fix Movie ratings Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Movie ratings: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Movie ratings App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Movie ratings" » Open Movie ratings for Netflix - Flutter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Movie ratings » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Movie ratings for Netflix - Flutter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Movie ratings servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Movie ratings for Netflix - Flutter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Movie ratings app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Movie ratings might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Movie ratings. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Movie ratings then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Movie ratings not working
