1. I also enjoyed the videos that explained some of what FDLE does for the citizens of Florida.Excellent presentation when other states like Georgia provide an outdated Excel spreadsheet.

2. Eaxcellent place to land some taxpayers money.The app is really bad, it doesn't let me see the sexual predators around my area, it keeps loading for so long 😡Very useful.

3. Easy format and process for submitting suspicious activity.This app will be helpful as I take my family into unfamiliar areas around town by identifying homes to which we may avoid due to those registered there.

4. Nice to be able to see the map with sex offenders.Would love to like this app but on every area it says error page loading.Hi! Really good app.

5. I don't like that I have to move it back to the previous slide because it switched to the next one too fast.Very well crafted app with a lot of good info and contacts for Florida law enforcement.

1. Fix FDLE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FDLE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FDLE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FDLE" » Open FDLE Mobile APP » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FDLE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FDLE Mobile APP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FDLE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FDLE Mobile APP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FDLE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FDLE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FDLE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FDLE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FDLE not working

2. Fix FDLE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FDLE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FDLE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FDLE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
