1. most of these apps talk too much & provide too much info for my retention.Everytime I try to sign up using all my different emails I get the message " This email account already in use ." and " Server error." and " Can't contact the server ." So at this point I can't even sign up .Shortly after registration I got a weird spam e-mail from them full of russian text.

2. Work, kids, school, I feel like 2 weeks would be more of a fair amount of time to get a feel for figuring if I'm willing to pay for an app when these days, a gallon of milk or gas is tough to come by for a lot of folks.they want alot of money to subscribe.

1. Fix EQ.app Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EQ.app: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EQ.app App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EQ.app" » Open EQ.app » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EQ.app » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EQ.app app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EQ.app servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EQ.app" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EQ.app app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EQ.app might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EQ.app. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EQ.app then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EQ.app not working

2. Fix EQ.app Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EQ.app be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EQ.app not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EQ.app may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
