1. i'll download the app again once it is fixed update - use "MAGE" instead it works betterBug fixes? There are still bugs first you can't use a picture because it will go black and when you add a video you cant even watch it because it will say "unsupported" and when you try to change the background,you can't because it won't let me but iOS users can and I'm on Android,therefore you should not download this app.

2. It's just awfulit works great for just taking a photo or video, but when i try to insert a picture to put the effect on it doesn't work (the screen just turns black).

3. It's a great app don't get me wrong,but y'all need to fix ALL of these bug issues if not whats the point of this app being available?This app has so many issues!! It doesn't encode videos properly at all it just only encodes the first tiny parts of the video but just doesn't encode the rest of it.

4. I'm deleting the app, and everyone who even thinks about downloading it now...don't. Not worth the storage it takes.I'm an android user and this works really well! When I read most of the android users' reviews their say they can't upload pictures from their gallery but, you can.

1. Fix Mega Photo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mega Photo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mega Photo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mega Photo" » Open Mega Photo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mega Photo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mega Photo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mega Photo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mega Photo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mega Photo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mega Photo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mega Photo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mega Photo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mega Photo not working

2. Fix Mega Photo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mega Photo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mega Photo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mega Photo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
