It's good when it just works, the app isn't very polished but there are some decent discounts and rewards; However I worked at a Sprint for a while and from my experience the training involves being forced to sign up for a card, being briefly shown the app and given a quick spiel to tell customers but the employees and management were pretty much on the same page as customers and we had to just tell everybody to call the number on the card if they needed help doing anything but signing up.It appears that you have to link the card to a checking account and no other option...not going to happen.Also rewards expire after 1 month.

2. I like the idea of this card but a person should be able to save rewards without linking it to any account that somebody can hack intoIt won't even download.

1. Fix Sprint Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sprint Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sprint Rewards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sprint Rewards" » Open Sprint Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sprint Rewards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sprint Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sprint Rewards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sprint Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sprint Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sprint Rewards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sprint Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sprint Rewards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sprint Rewards not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sprint Rewards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sprint Rewards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sprint Rewards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
