For example, if I want to see how much would a flight to Dublin cost me, I would like to see a calendar where I can see the prices, and then upon choosing a departure date, I can see the additional cost for every day.don't buy from this website, I took a flight from Timisoara to Bremen and they took money for the ticket but they didn't send me a ticket, I went to the Lufthansa agency and they told me that the ticket is reserved, so it's not paid for, but they took money from my visa, so this website is a big lie, they kept me on the application for 3 days waiting for the payment of the ticket in the condition that the money had already been taken!I'm just freaking out, after couple of hours I received an email which my booking has been canceled but the money is already gone from my account.
2. I ended up calling the Airline and Car Rental place directly to make amendments to my itinerary.This is a fanatic App also got my Ticket booked with eSKY you 😊 can be sure that it's Reliable.. App..plus can't wait to see my family 👪 soon in 🙏 July over to Ireland 🇮🇪 happy 😊 day's ahead for me thanks to this great eSKY App.. 😊Worst, changes the flight without letting you know.
3. Payed a big price for a direct flight, cannot cancel or get a refund but they can change your flight like they want and now I have to wait 6 hours in an airport and change airport between stops... So we pay so much money for a flight that would've cost us 3 times less.
4. stay away from themI contacted the customer service two days before my flight in order to change my check in information which was confirmed by them to be possible, but then was not done disregard me providing new information within the said timeframe.
5. After 3 unsuccessful tries in which I keep getting the same stupid message telling me that a customer service rep will be in touch...they send me a message saying they can change it but for twice what I paid for the ticket in the first place.
6. The customer service representative provided me miss leading/false information to complete a flight booking.
7. Esky told me I could cancel my flight if I responded by a certain deadline, then after I did told me I could not cancel and they would not honor their promise that I could.
8. But there are 2 main things I think would greatly improve the app - currency converter, and the same calendar pricing system you get for round flights when looking at flight deals.
9. I need the refund to do another booking but they say they will put my case on the queue 😑 I think I got scamed by this websiteThis app is slightly better than trying to connect via the Call Ctr, but both experiences were terrible.
10. Once the booking was complete it was nearly impossible to make contact back with them, a manager was never available and they never returned any request for contact.
11. On my request to get an explanation why new data was not used for the check in, I haven't received any logical explanation other then additionally providing me with the complained link.
