Eko Customer Insights

1. I love the ability to change audio filters but ABHOR doing so on the app as I would need multiple hands! Please update firmware to allow audio filter switching on the Core itself! Maybe an option to turn the record button into an audio filter switching button? Recording is not fun or shareable as i thought it'd be.

2. I've been trying to come up with a set up where I could effectively just have the bell connected to the core attachment and then transmit to a Bluetooth headphone, so I can listen to lung and heart sounds while in full ppe and, the app is quality prohibitive for allowing that to happen. So far so good.

3. The app is garbage, you need to have the open to connect the core to your phone, and the app has terrible sound quality and makes pretty poor recordings.

4. I am only using it as an individual nurse on the Med/Surg floor of a hospital, so I have not used it as a remote listening device with headphones, or to record and send to a provider.

5. I also wish there was a way to switch between heart and lung audio filters without having to open the app (a double button click?).

6. Great product that works well, just needs a little more synchrony so I'm not having to use two things at once.I am pretty impressed with the Eko device and app so far.

7. The filters are the best part of the app and the most helpful in a noisy hospital room. The product is great and helps amplify and clear sounds.

8. Volume is great, because I have had problems hearing murmurs before, but not now. This rating is only for the app, i love the actual Core.

9. and the Bluetooth connection is a little slow on my android device.

10. 6/16/19: better again, would like to see the ability to log in via fingerprint or iris recognition.Wow! I LOVE how I can record and send a recorded strip to another provider.

11. original: Duo works great on my other iOS device.
