1. Have filled in your form online so hoping that the app will start providing timesheets to employees as isnt it law to?This went from a usable app 100% of the time to something that's always got a bug, glitches, slow and downright unusable.

2. Emailed them they said they forgot to download last two and had done so yet still not showing payslips...update. re-installed app and now shows most recent payslip but still needing the one from 2 weeks ago.

3. Takes an age to load up before you even get to the login screen, and they keep requesting I update the version I'm using basically every week.

1. Fix Swag Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Swag: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Swag App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Swag" » Open Swag by Employment Hero » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Swag » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Swag by Employment Hero app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Swag servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Swag by Employment Hero" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Swag app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Swag might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Swag. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Swag then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Swag not working

2. Fix Swag Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Swag be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Swag not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Swag may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
