1. I have been using the desktop version for over a year and I find it great for the price.Would be a great app but stops syncing, claiming a network error, making it useless for use with the desktop version.

2. Most themes are premium, but you can design your own (some things need to be done on PC.) Overall, it's better than all its free alternatives that acts like they are free.I've been using the Paid version of this app for last 2 years.

Good app but need for improvement like when I zoom in it suddenly disappears the content at same time when I put my finger on the screen It again shows the content and next one is If I didn't save my content it erase all the content..but thanks for the app it helps me most...One of best productivity apps.

1. Fix EdrawMind Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EdrawMind: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EdrawMind App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EdrawMind" » Open EdrawMind: AI Mind map & Note » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EdrawMind » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EdrawMind: AI Mind map & Note app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EdrawMind servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EdrawMind: AI Mind map & Note" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EdrawMind app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EdrawMind might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EdrawMind. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EdrawMind then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EdrawMind not working

2. Fix EdrawMind Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EdrawMind be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EdrawMind not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EdrawMind may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
