1. It works without internet, which I guess is good, but when you take a picture of your face it is way to big to fit in the dress and it basically stops working once you crop it.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Princessy" » Open Princessy - Fairy style editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Princessy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Princessy - Fairy style editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Princessy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Princessy - Fairy style editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Princessy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Princessy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Princessy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Princessy then reinstall.
