1. This must be how Gatehouse it's offloading it's debt.Like some of the other reviewers, I have the frustrating experience of not being able to access my bought and paid for Dispatch subscription without having to continually delete the app and reinstall because my password will not stay put and my "free" articles have been read.
2. In other words, if you receive 2 push notifications, the newest one supercedes the older one, even if you select the older one to read.App doesn't work, paid for a subscription and they updated this and it does NOT work on android device.
3. I'm logged in, app recognizes that I'm logged in but I can't access and read articles b/c of the pop-up in middle of screen telling me I need to subscribe or login.
4. The app also doesn't post local stories, unless they fall into one of the other categories such as business or entertainment.Updated January 2021: thank you for fixing this! Much appreciated.
5. It took away the sections menu on the bottom left hand side which allowed me to read the sections in a different order than the order of the day's newspaper.
6. A message appears telling me I read my 10 free articles and have to subscribe.
7. Would enjoy better if every push notification took you to *that* particular story vs what it does now, which is to take you to the newest push story.
8. Additionally Google Chrome crashes everytime I attempt to sign into my Dispatch account online.
9. The sports are a day lateI have loved my Columbus Dispatch app and use it to read my daily Dispatch.
10. This is the worst app I've ever used! Dispatch should be embarrassed.2nd review: App worked for about a month but now it's doing the same thing it was before.
11. Clicking subscribe shows I have a subscription but I am still blocked on the browser.
I have been on hold for 25 minutes waiting for Customer Service to answer. This is ridiculous! I want to cancel my home subscription to the Dispatch, please! Please have someone return my call at 614-325-0786 so I can formally cancel. Thank you,

after being a dispatch subscriber for many years we will have to cancel due to the cost of the subscription. we are also unhappy with the paper not arriving until between 9 am and 10am.
