1. User interface is very annoying however....I will be scrolling reading the news on the "latest" tab and the slightest movement to the left or right results in the app shifting to the "My feed" tab or "popular" tab....by the time I switch back to the "latest" tab it refreshes to the top and you have to scroll all the way down again to search for where you left off.

2. Excellent app.The app was working great, news on Time the works, I had loved it, but lately its just.... Frustrating.... because the notifications comes in with the news and when you open it white screen.

3. Really disappointing.App only works on wifi, does not load articles on a data plan, my work colleagues were discussing thia recently and all said the same, app on cell data plans even with LTE+ rarely work, only on wifi.

1. Fix Loop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Loop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Loop App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Loop" » Open Loop - Caribbean Local News » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Loop » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Loop - Caribbean Local News app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Loop servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Loop - Caribbean Local News" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Loop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Loop might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Loop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Loop then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Loop not working

2. Fix Loop Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Loop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Loop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Loop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
