Why should I report an Issue with Call Free - Free Text & Phone Call Free?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I do but it never works, and also I cant figure out how to actually get a number.Horrible... Cant call anyone unless the other person your trying to call has this same app... Otherwise it forces you to use your mobile carrier... Completely defeating purpose of "call free" should be called "not at all free call app"Does not work.

2. I just uninstalled it .The app would not even let me initiate using it unless I agreed to make it my default SMS app so really kind of a joke as far as second number apps are concerned.Why i Need to change may default messaging up.

3. App keeps crashing when trying to type a message on Android 7.1.2Ive been trying to talk to my friends through this app but it always says could not send message, please try again.

4. I'm very disappointed!! Even when I let it use as primary...it now wont even let me in after I reviewed it as a 1... I thought this was going to be a good appp... guess not.Doesn't work and there is no way to set a number.

5. You cannot make phone calls from this app there's no place on the app that indicates phone callsIt's worst app .

6. Get help if u need to, I found sos messages from friends when I did get this one finally opened now, but it was to late for my friends sos, and now I can't reach them at all...??? What would u do?I've tried 10 times to just get started.

7. Uninstalled it.Says you can make phone calls from this app but there is no icon or phone calls.

1. Fix Call Free Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Call Free: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Call Free App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Call Free" » Open Call Free - Free Text & Phone Call Free » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Call Free » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Call Free - Free Text & Phone Call Free app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Call Free servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Call Free - Free Text & Phone Call Free" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Call Free app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Call Free might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Call Free. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Call Free then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Call Free not working

2. Fix Call Free Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Call Free be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Call Free not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Call Free may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
