1. 5 stars for that, 1 star for the actual editing software.Is it so unheard of to want to truly edit a document? Not add stupid pictures, just simply erase a word and type another word in its place, its not rocket science.

2. It's packed with features, but what I love about this app is that I was able immediately to figure out how to edit text and resize or reposition text boxes without too much difficulty.

3. When I tried to highlight text in a pdf, the app defaulted to dark navy blue as the highlight color so I couldn't see whether I had highlighted exactly what I wanted to or not.

4. The double-tap on the text box to edit the text feature really needs some work, and the pinch to zoom feature sometimes is difficult to use because it shrinks the object you are pinching on instead of acting like a zoom feature.

5. I couldn't even run a test file before decideding whether to pay the subscription, as the file I wanted to test out was too big without FIRST doing a subscription.

6. No matter what I did, make a new file, delete the text, refresh the app.. ect; It just kept doing that after a few minutes.

7. For $60 a year I expect basic functionality to workNot free if you want to do more than what you can already do with the pdf viewer that comes standard on your phone.

8. Every time I want to add a line of text, I have to press like three buttons.

9. Only reason it doesnt get 5 stars from me is due to the deceptive description.Ok, so it's got a lot of features that I haven't even experimented with yet.

10. Every time the doc is uploaded it would only upload one page, tried their pages tab, tried deleting the app and re-installing.

11. The ads havent been too bad yet...Two stars because I was technically able to edit a pdf with it, but this might be the most dysfunctional app I've used in a while.

1. Fix PDF Editor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PDF Editor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PDF Editor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PDF Editor" » Open PDF Editor – Edit Everything! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PDF Editor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PDF Editor – Edit Everything! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PDF Editor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PDF Editor – Edit Everything!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PDF Editor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PDF Editor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PDF Editor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PDF Editor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PDF Editor not working

2. Fix PDF Editor Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PDF Editor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PDF Editor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PDF Editor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
