1. do you plan to include them later? please do!I can't stand misleading marketing strategies, this app costs $2.99 but they let u download, install and seemingly begin to play the game before asking for purchase or even mentioning that it's not free (like the YouTube show).

2. I tried to pay with pay pal and credit card and neither page allows me to see what I am trying to as it brings up the keypad and won't allow me to drop it to enter or even see the correct information.Doesn't work!.

3. Really makes the app unusable.This app is ridiculous... You can't change the screen to allow payment to open the rest of the letters.

4. I went to options all the functions to benefit the app works fine which are the orange buttons but the blue ones to restore in-app purchase are not functional.

5. Spent the money to unlock all the letters for no reason.For the price you pay, you could've at least added a game.

6. Just wish it didn't crash every single time he played it.This app is very good and holds my son's attention, but There are 3 things that could be improved.

7. just sometimes when she mistakenly send the page down it gets crashed and does not allow to do any action.

8. I also wish it had lower case letters, not just upper case.

9. My son loves this game but it usually crashes after him doing 6 letters.

10. My little ones often touch the edge of the screen when holding the phone and then none of the other touches are handled properly.

1. Fix ABC and Phonics Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ABC and Phonics: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ABC and Phonics App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ABC and Phonics" » Open ABC and Phonics – Dave and Ava » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ABC and Phonics » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ABC and Phonics – Dave and Ava app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ABC and Phonics servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ABC and Phonics – Dave and Ava" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ABC and Phonics app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ABC and Phonics might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ABC and Phonics. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ABC and Phonics then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ABC and Phonics not working
