1. Instead of complaining about minor issues in reviews and giving low ratings, send them an email.This is without a doubt the best app for learning out there, it's has a vast and various selection for whatever you like from Chumash to gemara and everything in-between.

2. If the bugs are fixed id use the appBy far the best application I've used to study it's well organized has amazing features and really gives you an amazing experience.As others have said going back should not close the app or refresh it when one returns.

3. there are some issues with font sizing in the Gemara tzuras hadaf layout (font is too small leaving overly large gaps between words).

4. 10/10 would reccomend to any one at any level.There are two bugs that i have noticed1 hitting the back button takes you out of the app 2 you cant click on text for mishnah.

5. And the translation feature is amazing.So far I have encountered two major issues.

6. I just realised I'd been sharing this app with friends and hadn't even reviewed it yet! Developers are easy to reach and are responsive.

7. commentary linking isn't available for things like Mishna or Gemara, although it is there for Tanach.

8. the app navigation bar/translation bar takes up a lot of room and doesn't hide when scrolling or zooming.

9. Aside from that you dont have translation of comentaries and you dont have the original text for most sefarim.

10. The app closes when you click the back button, it should go to most recent page.

1. Fix Mercava Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mercava: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mercava App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mercava" » Open Mercava » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mercava » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mercava app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mercava servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mercava" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mercava app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mercava might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mercava. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mercava then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mercava not working

2. Fix Mercava Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mercava be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mercava not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mercava may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
