I am impressed how well this app functions and to date haven't experienced anything wrong with this app.Had given it five stars, but after paying for premium for over five months, it has been denying me premium service and asking me if I want to upgrade to premium for the last two months... they seem to have no problem charging my account every month, but have great difficulty in providing my account with the service I paid for... Twice!! Very angry.

6. Even though it says the Germany one is limited to 2mbits/s, it was enough for me to live stream German tv from Australia (granted, only tested for 1 minute).

7. Perfect! Allows you to stay connected to the same IP for days and days, and isn't set up by a timer where you have to watch an ad to reconnect it every 2 hours.

8. If you are on the fence on whether or not you are going to try it, I would say try it even their free vpns are great and it doesn't have a bunch of ads.

9. Steer clear!The best VPN I have ever used so simple and easy use interface and smooth working safety and speed provided is next level.

1. Fix CyberVPN Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CyberVPN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CyberVPN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CyberVPN" » Open CyberVPN: IP Changer & VPN » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CyberVPN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CyberVPN: IP Changer & VPN app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CyberVPN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CyberVPN: IP Changer & VPN" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CyberVPN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CyberVPN might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CyberVPN. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CyberVPN then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CyberVPN not working

2. Fix CyberVPN Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CyberVPN be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CyberVPN not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CyberVPN may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
