Why should I report an Issue with U Scanner – Free Mobile Photo ?

We just need a one click process, like in the phone camera app.When taking multiple images of old family pictures, it's awesome to be able to correct angle and size, and filters to fix the pictures....I enjoy it so far will let you know when I get the thousands of family pics finished.Very simple steps to scan and upload to G-Drive.

2. Also allowing to browse source files and rescan/de-skew would be appreciated.Why is this not like the iOS version??? The auto-deskew has to be done by selecting the picture after the photo is taken, adding in ANNOYING extra steps.

3. Please add album clearing functionality: selectively, all, including source files, PDF-files, including PDF thumbnails.

4. And it comes with trimming and rotation functionality.Great scanning app, makes perfect pdf files.

5. Further loss of a star for repeatedly pestering me for reviews after I've already obliged.Easy to use and So far has been very useful for me due to finding random drawings of mine i've drawn over the years or doc's that had gotten scoopedc up along with others.

6. Currently even clearing all scanned files, still source files are kept but not shown anywhere.

7. And why so few options for sharing PDFs you create? Such a great program made annoying because of some thoughtless design flaws.

1. Fix U Scanner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart U Scanner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the U Scanner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "U Scanner" » Open U Scanner – Free Mobile Photo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for U Scanner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear U Scanner – Free Mobile Photo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from U Scanner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "U Scanner – Free Mobile Photo " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check U Scanner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, U Scanner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall U Scanner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall U Scanner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing U Scanner not working

2. Fix U Scanner Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make U Scanner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to U Scanner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, U Scanner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
