Why should I report an Issue with CarInfo - RTO Vehicle Info App?

1. Please don't stuck with this fake app.This info provided by the app is not up to date, in my case i have already renewed my car and scooty insurance 3 weeks ago but still it's not updated and the shows that I'm driving my vehicles without insurance.Good, in the future; it can be use to show police & vehicles authority for verification with self photo I.D. User can insert their I.D.s for showing, it will be faster than phisical copies.When I'm trying to open the application, it's not at all opening , stuck at logo for long and still it is same.App donot update data of vehicle time to time.

For getting details of 1 vehicle, I had to go through 4 ads including 3 non avoidable video & sound ads Update: The developer replied and told that they charge 50₹ a year for premium version with no ads, however it is 50₹ per month and 600₹ a year.Don't buy anything from this app, i ordered a fastag on 3th june and thay didn't dispatched till now (17th june), on top of that they did not pic my call and now they blocked me on WhatsApp because I'm trying to connect him, even thay did not pic my call a single time.

3. I renew my vehicle's insurance 10 days ago but still in this app it shows insurance expired.It's a great App for Car information.

4. Even last year my insurance was with Shri Ram Insurance but it was showing United India.

5. My car Insurance is valid till 02.06.24 but it is showing Insurance expired.

6. Also no ads and more features like challan payment, new insurance puc etc.

7. The main problem is ads previously the ads were for a second but now they last for 15-30second and another more seconds if you click to view challan.

8. This app is not giving correct and updated information.

9. On reporting the above, they took prompt action and corrected the anomaly.

10. Just a request.. Less Ads would reasons for more time to use the app.

1. Fix CarInfo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CarInfo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CarInfo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CarInfo" » Open CarInfo - RTO Vehicle Info App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CarInfo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CarInfo - RTO Vehicle Info App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CarInfo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CarInfo - RTO Vehicle Info App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CarInfo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CarInfo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CarInfo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CarInfo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CarInfo not working

2. Fix CarInfo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CarInfo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CarInfo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CarInfo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
