1. Even if I didn't receive my order it shows order has been delivered.FRAUD!!! The dress I purchased was in totally larger size than what I ordered.

2. I initiated return of the ordered item within 7 days of delivery, but am not allowed to get refund in my bank account (although the option exists in the app) because of some technical glitches.

3. The product shows it is available but when I order it shows out of stock.

4. The product shows it is available on COD but when I order it shows COD is not acceptable.

5. So am forced to either not return the product, or get the refund in the Craftsvilla wallet (which I may or may not use).

6. Due to these kind of attitude, all startups and small firms lose the trust as customer like me think every small company is faking the images.Customer support is of the worst quality.
