Why should I report an Issue with Messages - Texting OS 17?

Doesn't have notifications up in the notification bar or on lock screen so you don't know when you receive a message unless you're sitting next to it, when sending at text, it takes a long time to send, when sending picture messages it opens up a new message instead of attaching it to the current one.

2. Also, when you change the color of your text that should change the color of the send button aswell.Right off the bat this messaging app has the options to heart, thumbs down, thumbs up, ( ? ), ( ! ) and haha messages but iPhone users cant see that I have done so.

3. Is AI message compatible with iMessage? (will it show when the other person is typing) And you cant send or receive pics with text attached to them.

4. Much Better🤗!! But.... The Mojipop avatar app is not even an option for use and I'm still unable to select and send multiple pictures in a single text message.

5. Then while trying to send an important message a stupid advertisement popped up blocking my screen!! Your ads aren't minor.

6. But now...I'm deleting it!Its really good, looks alot like iMessage, there needs to be improvements to the UI, the bubles are not the right shape and the camera and other button arent the right look.

7. i have to use another app to send pictures..Good app love that I can change the font and all that.

8. So when I was trying to watch a video to get a certain style it kept telling me I had to watch a video to use it (after I watched the video like 10 times) and then sometimes it would say an error acured and that I couldn't watch the video.

9. The only downfall is when I go to text someone from my notes (when their number is saved) it doesn't pull up to text them.

10. For example, it would not allow me to attach more than one pic/photo to a message at a time in my android phone.

11. Also i was not able to enlarge any photos in a message.It's okay but I had to try numerous times to get the fonts to load and stay set.

1. Fix Messages Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Messages: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Messages App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Messages" » Open Messages - Texting OS 17 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Messages » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Messages - Texting OS 17 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Messages servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Messages - Texting OS 17" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Messages app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Messages might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Messages. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Messages then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Messages not working

2. Fix Messages Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Messages be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Messages not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Messages may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
