1. But it is useful to know the informations like ticket fare,seat availability etc.The charges should be comfortable, its very high.After-all I want more services from it.1. Free live tracking for the ticket holders are needed in this app.

8. i was not able to select seat even on the day of the journey, it keeps saying that seat selection is a a available only before 120hours from the journey.

9. It's almost impossible to be able to buy a ticket through this app and we don't have any other choice either.

10. the app should be able to show trains position without having to send message from the phone.

11. Improve this and add money refund at least two or one days before the trip.Worst app out there.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Rail Sheba Issues

1. Fix Rail Sheba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

Restart Rail Sheba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
Update the Rail Sheba App. Here is how:
1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rail Sheba" » Open Rail Sheba » click "Update".
2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rail Sheba » click "UPDATE".
Clear Rail Sheba app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rail Sheba servers.
1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rail Sheba" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".

Check Rail Sheba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rail Sheba might not work.

Uninstall and reinstall Rail Sheba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rail Sheba then reinstall.

Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rail Sheba not working

2. Fix Rail Sheba Server issues & Internet Connection

Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rail Sheba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rail Sheba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off

Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rail Sheba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
