1. I am giving up that i will ever be able to buy what i was looking for since it's not all appearing on the website.This app won't open! I have an account that I started at the store with my email and can access it on the wesite and have a password that i set up that i had used immediately prior to downloading the app.. When I tried to open the app it said the email and passwor did not match so I double checked them tried again removed the app redownloaded it and started over and again it didn't work.Beware ordering ANYTHING from this company! I placed an online order and made it large enough to get free shipping.
2. Also just add a little heart button to add to wish list it'll make it so much easier then having to click on the item, put it in your wish list, then sending you to your wish list only for you to have to click on the item list you want and having to go all the way back.
3. When looking for something i always sort low to high then i click on an item i want to know more about, when clicking back on my phone it exits the app completely doesn't go back a page.
4. It is so bad i want to give you a zero but that's not possible so I give you a one.When I select an item to look at the description, add it to wishlist etc, the app either closes, or returns to the shop screen but loads forever until I force close the app.
5. When I call customer service listed on the website they have no idea and want me to send them a screenshot.
6. When I contacted customer support they wanted me to pay to return it for THEIR SCREWUP and would not send the correct item.
7. Downloaded the app to get 15 reward points for signing in and to have quick acess to my account but turned out to be a waste of space and time.
8. I even capitalized the first letter of my email address since that's how it appears on my website info, but it's no use.
9. I have to sign in to see my account every time I want to look at it, despite it telling me that I'm already signed in.
10. It was not a cheap item they didn't send me either.
11. I know you sell throws and blankets but good luck finding them on your app! You just lost a lot of money over a simple programing issue you've been aware of for years.
