1. Very poor experience comparing it to mi home app..is there developer can do to make the camera send the human detection alert first after few seconds and then the video thumbnail send later on? Becauce my phone app have to wait for the camera to finish recording and then send the notification(if I set it for 20 secs recording, I will get the notification in 27 secs) Please create a feature in the setting similar to Eufy 2c pro camera, have options to choose which alerts to send.

2. The 4☆ is because there is no vendor contact info in the app and I had to go looking for it to reconcile a double charge on my PayPal.We received an imilab c30 as replacement for a different xiaomi camera, but had to install this app to get it working.

3. But I was disappointed in: 1- the camera doesn't restart on its current position, it always go to its default position which is annoying as you have to reposition it via the app manually everytime.The camera image is excellent for live viewing.

4. Notification doesn't really trigger which should be the main point of this security cam.Sound is out of sync The camera is good in quality and resolution.

5. The camera view has a delay of 1-2 seconds, even on WiFi, which Xiaomi home doesn't have.

6. The SD card frequently 'disappears' when you want to view the record and have to reboot the camera to get the SD card back on.

1. Fix Imilab Home Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Imilab Home: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Imilab Home App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Imilab Home" » Open Imilab Home » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Imilab Home » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Imilab Home app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Imilab Home servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Imilab Home" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Imilab Home app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Imilab Home might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Imilab Home. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Imilab Home then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Imilab Home not working

2. Fix Imilab Home Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Imilab Home be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Imilab Home not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Imilab Home may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
