1. 😫😠Aero garden support, after installing the app and signing in (why is the app in landscape orientation for sign-in screens? It is very difficult to type in landscape mode as the keyboard takes up 90% of the screen.) I followed the instructions for wifi connection and when I click OK, the screen refreshes and I only have the choice to go back.
2. Ironically, I had no trouble with the Apple version on my iPad Mini but it's my phone that I carry all the time.The app is locked in landscape orientation, and also had a wide ribbon at the top of the screen, making it so I can't see the screen when typing, and just generally impossible to use.
3. You can't really do much with it, can't change garden name or anything, and for some reason it's locked to landscape mode which makes basically everything frustrating as hell to do - especially anything that involves typing.
4. I might be able to live with the landscape mode, though I believe the user should have the option to switch to portrait mode, but there doesn't seem to be any way to sign in on the app.
5. It would be really nice if there was an option to add non-wifi Aerogardens to help keep track of age/ feeding cycle, and maybe even some water reminder options.Login using Google failed.
6. Tried 5 times to type it in before it finally worked But worst of all, it forces you to use landscape mode.
7. I would love to be able to use this for my aerogarden items but unfortunately I can't even get past setting up the account.Setup failed multiple times, app crashing, etc.
8. App also forces screen into horizontal mode, very difficult to navigate, and is not properly resizing the information to fit the screen.
9. It is also annoyingly fixed in landscape display mode.
10. Went back to app, app will not accept newly created login credentials and states account does not exist.
11. If you open a support ticket and it takes longer than 30 days for them to fix it, sorry, you are past the return window.Needs improvements.
