1. Honestly did CRC even test this out amongst peers to ascertain it's legitimacy as an app shoppers might enjoy using.... I very much doubt it.Slow loading, laggy, poor filtering system, if you look at an item and go back to the list page it goes back to the beginning instead of where you were, and has now taken to crashing.

2. A Tyre search can't filter by wheel size, this is leads to a really poor shopping experience.

3. The recent web site redesign is bad enough for functionality but the app is even worse...I mean, how can you get product filtering so wrong for a start?! Please sort yourselves out and #makeCRCgreatagainWho re-does an app and makes it worse than the older version.

4. Even older orders have been removed as no link to view them anywhere.Was great before update now not very user friendly, filter function is next to useless.

5. Prices have also gone up (discounts don't seem to be quite the same), and selection of products seem to be more limited.The updated version has fewer filter options, can't choose between Road/MTB.

6. Upside, it will help the physical bike stores which CRC in its glory days had almost destroyed.Ah CRC...with all your experience, market research and buying power, there's no reason to bring out such a poor app.

7. I'm trying to find a tyre by size but no filter option for this, unless I am missing it which is also bad.

8. App and website used to be EXCELLENT and provided a great global purchasing option to source affordable cycling gear/parts that are hard to find locally.

9. I can search for a tyre by gender though......Unable to narrow down your search anymore as so many options removed.

1. Fix Chain Reaction Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chain Reaction: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chain Reaction App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chain Reaction" » Open Chain Reaction – Let’s ride » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chain Reaction » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chain Reaction – Let’s ride app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chain Reaction servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chain Reaction – Let’s ride" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chain Reaction app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chain Reaction might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Chain Reaction. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chain Reaction then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chain Reaction not working

2. Fix Chain Reaction Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chain Reaction be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Chain Reaction not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Chain Reaction may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
