Why should I report an Issue with Sticky Note + : Sync Notes?

1. How can the same be retrieved ? Plz reply as this is really important.I need help retrieving a note that is gone but I did not delete! one of my notes duplicated on it's own when I opened the app to nearly 100 and I had to delete EACH ONE INDIVIDUALLY! What did you do to an app that has been fine for years and has now lost ALL OF MY PASSWORDS! Also, chosen images do NOT appear on background.Just wondering why the app developers have not responded to any of issues reported in all the latest reviews.

2. Love thiz app very mutch, easy handling, many option 2 make every note different (colour /writing types), aso) , timer, good homescreen wigdet, n now with photos!After the latest update all my important are gone, my notes aren't showing now.

Other than that the export features are except for the fact that when you first load up the app you're forced to log into Google which I don't mind doing that except for fact I have Office 365 and I don't plan on using Google Drive.After updating the app on Sept 21, 2018 all my important notes which were saved for past 3 years have started disappearing one by one when I started opening it.

4. Now I basically have lost all my stuff I wanted to have notes on.Latest Update made a mess... Used for a year for saving important notes.. Now my notes are showing.

1. Fix Sticky Note + Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sticky Note +: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sticky Note + App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sticky Note +" » Open Sticky Note + : Sync Notes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sticky Note + » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sticky Note + : Sync Notes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sticky Note + servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sticky Note + : Sync Notes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sticky Note + app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sticky Note + might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sticky Note +. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sticky Note + then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sticky Note + not working

2. Fix Sticky Note + Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sticky Note + be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sticky Note + not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sticky Note + may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
