1. The only thing missing is other filter options like type of heating: forced air/ central a/c is going to be a huge selling point soon and you can't filter that way at all.How ridiculous! This app says nothing about it covering only Québec! It's advertised as finding your dream Canadian home, so I've just spent 15 minutes trying to figure out why I kept getting zero results searching Nova Scotia for properties.
2. And you gotta find a way to unify the living area unit, some are in sqft and some are sqmVery buggy, sometimes search results won't load and listings will just freeze while trying to load the listing details and pictures.
3. UX is simple, but still I find issue understanding everything. Was 5 on 5 until the most recent update (6/30/22) Since the update the app has crashed numerous times (3 times in the 5 minutes I was attempting to look at houses), and it no longer shows you in search list the date of the listing.
4. I'd say that the only thing missing would be an affiliation with Du Proprio (Quebec) or other smaller real-estate agencies.Lots of bug, most of time, I can see the houses on the map, but can't load their pages to see pictures and info.
5. The only downside of the app is that when you share a link of the house, this link opens in the website instead of in the app, which I find annoying. This app works pretty good and is pretty fast.
6. And the new information UI at the bottom of each listing, you gotta change the bd, bo, ro to icons, that's much easier to read.
7. Until these issues are dealt with I cannot rate any higher than a 3 on 5.The new "swipe down to close a listing" can easily close a listing by mistake.
8. (updated & upgraded) Any plans to add "dislike" similar to web version? There is a lot of listings in my town and in web version I can add a thumbs down so later I remember more easily.
9. Deeply frustrating. It's easy to find the houses available using the filters and the map.
10. The information provided about the houses gives great insight about the properties listed.
11. A complete redesign is in orderI love the various methods of searching, the lay out and the way the details are presented.
