It WORKS & is STRAIGHTFORWARD to use, UNLIKE other "free apps"!!The app does what is meant to do, but my problem is that i was looking for an app that could convert files from jpg/jpeg to HEIC because that way files are half the space, but it only changes the format and the size is the sameNot very user friendly.

1. Restart Total Media Converter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Total Media Converter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Total Media Converter" » Open Total Media Converter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Total Media Converter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Total Media Converter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Total Media Converter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Total Media Converter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Total Media Converter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Total Media Converter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Total Media Converter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Total Media Converter then reinstall.
