1. I won't recommend them to anyone, as a matter of fact I'm deleting the app off my phone.This is Just a Horrible situation all around I've completed all of info on my profile every thing I have reached out numerous times to orientate to work at facilities with people promising to get back to you I have been at this since 2018 I reopened the app resubmitted credentials all over again its 2023 and I still have not been able to get orientation or pick up a shift I absolutely Hate this hate is a strong word I'm beyond frustrated I'm mad at my self for patiently waiting again for nothinVery user friendly.

2. One suggestion would be to have a messaging link at the bottom of each users profile that way we can see all messages between each site I stead of trying to remember which site we messaged within each individual job post, it can get confusing.

3. Picking up shifts have never been easier and the convenience of picking up shifts while seeing rates and available shifts are a huge plus.

4. I sent them multiple emails because I wanted to continue to work and make us both money, and they never fixed the problem.

5. I love it, I feel like a have owned from years ago and I always want to have it open, thank you Carerev for this extraordinary opportunity and experience.

6. There is also no way to delete notifications.I tried several times to upload documents and they are clear.

7. This app has all the notifications available for you the user to understand what is happening at a current time.

8. Super friendly and I love when I'm notified up upcoming work.

11. I even sent them an email and it took them exactly 2weeks for them to respond to me which they did today, even with the response they just told me to keep checking that dates come up every day.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CareRev Issues

1. Fix CareRev Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CareRev: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CareRev App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CareRev" » Open CareRev » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CareRev » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CareRev app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CareRev servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CareRev" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CareRev app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CareRev might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CareRev. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CareRev then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CareRev not working


2. Fix CareRev Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CareRev be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CareRev not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CareRev may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
