Alternatively, you can follow these steps below to get Capital One Intellix to delete your account/data:
1. To enroll in Intellix Mobile, contact your Client Administrator or the Treasury Management Client Service team at 866-632-8888, Option 2 or send us an email at TMHelp@capitalone.com, and one of our associates will be happy to help you.
2. Once you’re enrolled, sign in with the instructions provided by your company’s Intellix Administrator or Treasury Management Client Service team.
3. With Capital One Intellix Mobile, enjoy quick and simple Treasury Management wherever you need it.
4. Intellix Mobile empowers you to take control, help prevent fraud and efficiently manage your company’s finances.
5. After you’ve authenticated, you’re free to start managing your accounts on the go.
6. • Sign in with Face ID or Touch ID (simply enroll after signing in to the app).
7. • View your available balance, previous transactions, and more while you’re on the go.
8. • Manage account protections by reviewing and submitting Positive Pay exceptions.
9. Make sure all of your Intellix needs are at your fingertips—download the app today.
10. • Deposit checks directly into your accounts with the snap of a photo.
11. • Make transfers between your Capital One accounts.
