MyVTech Ba Customer Insights

1. When trying to zoom in, it's really easy to also move the angle of the camera.Not only does it keep kicking me out, but now apparently I don't have a registered email? After 2 years? Also doesnt capture video movement well.

2. When I have the live feed video pulled up, and suddenly my baby moves, then that pink "real time alert" box pops up on the screen and has SUCH a loud notification sound.

3. However, the camera frequently disconnects from the wifi leaving it in a buffering state.

4. The camera clicks between modes during naps and it wakes the baby up.

5. My baby is moves around the crib alot so I did have to adjust the alert frequency so it didn't buzz constantly.I haven't had any issues with this app.

6. The only thing I can gripe about with this app is the navigation and the swipe method to move the camera.

7. definitely recommend this to friends, the camera is responsive, obviously not instantaneous but it is about a 1 to 2 second delay(totally fine).

8. The phone app continues to log me out randomly or forget the camera, so I have to add it again.

9. Had an issue with 1080 what was resolved with a rebooting of the camera.

10. The camera hooked up right away and we did not run into any issues AT THE MOMENT.

11. I am constantly moving around the house and don't like carrying both the parent display and my phone around all of the time, so I really like receiving notifications on my phone now.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyVTech Ba Issues

1. Fix MyVTech Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyVTech Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyVTech Ba App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyVTech Ba" » Open MyVTech Baby 1080p » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyVTech Ba » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyVTech Baby 1080p app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyVTech Ba servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyVTech Baby 1080p" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyVTech Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyVTech Ba might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyVTech Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyVTech Ba then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyVTech Ba not working


2. Fix MyVTech Ba Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyVTech Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyVTech Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyVTech Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
