1. Other than that, it's good and has the ability to see and hear when someone pulls in.App doesn't save settings, camera never has real time or date, camera doesn't read the motion just all bad, camera doesn't save footage with a microsd card in it.

2. looks like I will return this.Garbage! ...horrible interface, 16pgs of setup instructions to read through and once you do it fails to verify connection to camera at the very last step of the setup... everytime! ...on both Android and iOS.

3. Needs major improvementThere needs to be a delete and change email in case someone doesn't know their login info or wants to change it to their spouses or family's account.

4. Also the battery doesn't last long at all (screen locked), I have to keep it charging all night now that my lo is sleeping 6 hours.

5. It took a lot of will power to not set this garbage on fire, will be sending it back to you ...please set on fire upon receipt!This app worked good when I first started using it a few years ago.

6. Very upset!The camera setup was easy and my cameras video loads very fast.

7. I figured there was a issue somewhere when the manager at Staples showed me his as a demo but he doesn't have Vtech cams.

8. The volume is fine when using my phone as a monitor but if I lock my phone at all I can't hear it.

9. Won't let me sign in now and has been taking money out of my account and gives me option to purchase but will not let me.

10. The monitor it comes with has a very low volume that you can hardly hear when at 100%.

1. Fix MyVTech Cams Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyVTech Cams: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyVTech Cams App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyVTech Cams" » Open MyVTech Cams » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyVTech Cams » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyVTech Cams app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyVTech Cams servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyVTech Cams" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyVTech Cams app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyVTech Cams might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyVTech Cams. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyVTech Cams then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyVTech Cams not working

2. Fix MyVTech Cams Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyVTech Cams be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyVTech Cams not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyVTech Cams may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
