Please fix this urgently.I had this app for less than 2 minutes the HD pictures look no different than my normal phone pictures and it clogged my screen with at least three ads and wanted a rating from the very start program sucks bad would not recommendI love this app! It allows me to configure directory save of folders where I want to.

2. A cheap phone is a cheap phone.The app was working fine and then completely stopped working on my phone with the July 23rd update (I have an LG G8 ThinQ), can't open it all when clicking on the icon now, just says crashed and tries to restart with no luck.

4. Excellent video recording! You can record in higher resolution than your screen resolution, so watch on your TV or computer if your screen isn't very great.It was great at first, but it won't open anymore.

1. Fix HD Camera Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HD Camera Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HD Camera Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HD Camera Pro" » Open HD Camera Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HD Camera Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HD Camera Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HD Camera Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HD Camera Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HD Camera Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HD Camera Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HD Camera Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HD Camera Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HD Camera Pro not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HD Camera Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HD Camera Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HD Camera Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
