CallApp Customer Insights

1. Then, AFTER you pay, it says that the recording does not work!!! It's absolutely misleading!! As soon as you call out or answer an incoming call, it automatically starts recording.

2. I am requesting keyboard support, and when the active call window is not maximized the number pad does not shrink to fit the screen.Poor customer support.

3. Also those random names of people that show up in our call history should be written in a different way then the ones that we actually saved in our contact list, so we can differentiate them.

4. This is especially for when I'm just receiving a call, the person's name doesn't show up until the phone ring limit is almost up.

5. I needed it to record phone calls, so I PAID for the monthly subscription.

6. I also have not received a spam call yet, so either it is working really well or I have not received one yet.

7. it does seem like the call block only disconnects once in a while so I do get a call.

8. The options are great! Thanks!It was always inconsistent with recording conversations without saying why or when it was not being recorded.

9. The recorder could use some work as it records pretty low volume even with Max settings, but it does work if set right.

10. Also, the recording doesn't always work well either.The overall purpose of the app is wonderful.

11. Like the blocking alot!So far so good, I really like the video call notifications.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CallApp Issues

1. Fix CallApp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

Restart CallApp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
Update the CallApp App. Here is how:
1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CallApp" » Open CallApp: Caller ID & Block » click "Update".
2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CallApp » click "UPDATE".
Clear CallApp: Caller ID & Block app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CallApp servers.
1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CallApp: Caller ID & Block" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".

Check CallApp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CallApp might not work.

Uninstall and reinstall CallApp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CallApp then reinstall.

Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CallApp not working

2. Fix CallApp Server issues & Internet Connection

Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CallApp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CallApp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off

Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CallApp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
