Why should I report an Issue with calimoto — Motorcycle GPS?

1. Pros: Best twisty route planner that I've found in a moto app.Decent app for free but it has real issues when trying to resume a ride, has a tendency to get confused and doesn’t like to re-start if the app get closed down or crashes.

2. I have one huge beef with this app that needs to be fixed and that is it loves to route you down dirt roads with no option to turn those off.

3. Got the route set, went to take the ride, but couldn't, because navigating by saved rides only works if you pay.

4. The main issue is the daft pink lines they use to plot your course, at the start and end of rides these often overlap on the map making it impossible to understand the route.

9. I have to find restaurants on route in Google maps but can't use the Google maps address.

10. Unfortunately it's let down by dire navigation (it's primary purpose!); leaving you lost, confused and permanently looking at your phone wondering what it's going to do next...A recipe for disaster on a motorbike.

11. I don't want to save every ride, so stop defaulting to that option.

1. Fix calimoto Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart calimoto: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the calimoto App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "calimoto" » Open calimoto — Motorcycle GPS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for calimoto » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear calimoto — Motorcycle GPS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from calimoto servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "calimoto — Motorcycle GPS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check calimoto app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, calimoto might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall calimoto. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall calimoto then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing calimoto not working

2. Fix calimoto Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make calimoto be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to calimoto not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, calimoto may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
