1. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but the app doesn't download now.Worked perfectly fine the first time I tried it recorded my lean angles, speed, route, a very complete app.

2. This is just a great app for people who like to ride motorcyclesIf the correct lean angles would save after each ride, this app would be 5 stars.

3. Random lean angles are saved with each ride.

4. Just like other reviewers have noted, when you go to save your ride, the lean angles you see do not save.

5. However now that I'm on actual track and trying to record my lean angles, they seem to delete themselves after I want to save them and only display all the other information but nothing for lean anhles.

6. One big flaw - when I save a ride, the lean angles are reduced significantly.

Lately for last 3 trips, likely since last update via android on galaxy s8+ for some reason, the error message comes up at the bottom "Data could not be parsisted" it's possible that I've added a couple photos of the trip that may cause it...or not as I have added photos before with no problems.

8. As with others, lean angles either not recorded or random numbers posted.

9. You can see your top speed, your average speed, your lean angle, the distance you traveled and how long it took you amongst many other options that I can't recite right now.

10. It accurately tracks rides; mileage, speed, lean angle and more.

11. It would be much better if after starting to record a ride that you could shut off your screen to conserve your cell phone battery.

1. Fix MyRide Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyRide: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyRide App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyRide" » Open MyRide – Motorcycle Routes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyRide » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyRide – Motorcycle Routes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyRide servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyRide – Motorcycle Routes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyRide app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyRide might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyRide. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyRide then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyRide not working

2. Fix MyRide Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyRide be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyRide not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyRide may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
