Why should I report an Issue with Busuu: Learn & Speak Languages?

It will be great to offer more languages, such as Hebrew and Greek.Lately the app has improved a lot, my only complaint is that in the English classes, there is an audio of a lady who is not very well understood, they're the only exercises where I struggle to understand, It's like she had recorded it with a cheap microphone and between the pronunciation of some words the meaning is lost because her breath is heard hitting the microphone.

2. Great, I get the correct answer, but I don't know exactly what I'm saying, so am I really learning? It's an easy fix, but why is not there already? I'd prefer to learn Latin American Spanish, but Busuu only teaches Spanish Spanish.Predatory subscription model.

3. This wouldn't be a problem if they were consistent with your level, but the instructions and tips use words you haven't been taught yet.

4. It takes an obscene amount of time to load your learned words list once you get deep into a language, and when I review my learned words at random, the same two words are always in the set.

5. Overall, the learning strategy is sound, and the community and content is solid, but they could benefit from more UX polish.I absolutely love the content in this app, but it is chock full of bugs that don't seem to get addressed.

6. I am hoping it is something that is limited to just my experience/being worked on because the app itself is one of the best.Bait and switch! The app sent my phone a push notification offering me 60% off an upgrade to premium for my one year anniversary.

7. This app helps me with grammar tips, and I like the writing and speaking exercises where I can practice these skills and others can correct my exercises and give me feedback, while I do the same with their exercises.

8. Very difficult to cancel, no notification that your subscription is about to renew, and no refund available after the minute the subscription has renewed.

9. I'm now deep into the B1 level of German and almost all of the lesson instructions and learning tips are entirely in German.

10. This wouldn't be a huge issue if I could just copy the text and paste it in Google Translate, but the app doesn't allow you to on mobile.It's decent, but lacks in some areas.

1. Fix Busuu Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Busuu: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Busuu App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Busuu" » Open Busuu: Learn & Speak Languages » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Busuu » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Busuu: Learn & Speak Languages app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Busuu servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Busuu: Learn & Speak Languages" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Busuu app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Busuu might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Busuu. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Busuu then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Busuu not working

2. Fix Busuu Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Busuu be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Busuu not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Busuu may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
