1. I asked for a refund and cancellation and they said they couldn't help which is nonsense.Good if you want to get straight into the grammar, but not enough of the basics to make me feel confident and too many words I don't need to know as a beginner - for example, the vocabulary of office life.

2. It's great in every way!!!!Automatic renewal with NO warning! I paid for premium and while the app is more helpful with grammar than other language apps i tried it's also kind of buggy and basic for the price.

1. Fix Busuu Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Busuu: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Busuu App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Busuu" » Open Busuu: Learn German » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Busuu » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Busuu: Learn German app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Busuu servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Busuu: Learn German" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Busuu app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Busuu might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Busuu. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Busuu then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Busuu not working

2. Fix Busuu Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Busuu be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Busuu not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Busuu may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
