1. Settings page is completely empty so no way to change the location... And no, I'm not going to waste time sending a long detailed email to your tech support about problems that should be caught by the most basic possible testing...The service is awful, on free fall.

2. The amount of spam you get is ridiculous, newsletters are fine, but an email EVERYTIME there has been a response or comment on maintenance request, EVERYTIME a person applies to the house, responds in group chat and/or decides not to live here.

3. Now customer service just reached out escalating the fee saying I haven't paid itMy app won't even open!! crashes as soon as I go to open it, hasn't worked in months.

4. I will never rent with them again mainly because there is no buddy to take care of any issues when something comes up so you're always left on your own.Terrible App and awful Customer Service.

5. They tried to steal $150 out of my security deposit due to an issue on the mobile app.The customer service is horrible.

6. Toilet leaking no help, list is endless... AND then, the App is so disfuncional that every time its open, I have a "move-out" or "move-in" form to fill, which isnt correct, this crashes app.

7. Luckily I get email updates if there's a new roommate chat but then I can't go into the app to even view it or reply.Housing can be hit or miss, but the worst thing about Bungalow is their app.

8. This happens on Pixel5a /Pixel 6/ iPhone 12.Even though the general UI is pretty, the actual UX is clunky, slow to load, and often misses or doesn't load messages, even if it sent a notification about it.

9. No response to issues on weekends.Social logins make an encrypted request using a standard security protocol.

10. I have to login through social media which is absolutely ridiculous!! This app is straight garbage and a waste of time! Uninstalling!App is unusable because it's so buggy.

11. The $150 service fee was no longer giving anything back, later on they decided to reduce the cleaning service to common areas.

1. Fix Bungalow Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bungalow: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bungalow App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bungalow" » Open Bungalow » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bungalow » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bungalow app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bungalow servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bungalow" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bungalow app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bungalow might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bungalow. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bungalow then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bungalow not working

2. Fix Bungalow Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bungalow be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bungalow not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bungalow may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
