I cannot figure out how to get my Play lights on the side of the TV to extract from the side; even though they are on the sides on the TV on the Entertainment are, their zones are in the top corners of the screen, so they bleed into my play lights on the top of my TV, and don't reflect the colors at the sides, where the lights actually are.Finally, an app that actually captures the screen and forwards it to my lights! I am a huge fan of this app mostly because of other ambient lighting that either never worked fully on shield (lightpack) or got shutdown (dreamscreen).

2. Its annoying when I turn off my shield with my voice and then have to find the remote to turn it on and find the app and turn it off every time i'm done watching.Lights stay on when I turn off the Nvidia shield.

3. i'd rather have wrong color lights than it turn off and on and off and on 2) ability to adjust the sizes of the screen areas.

4. It works great on shield TV and with my Phillips hue lights.

5. Any chance for a future release to incorporate sound effects similar to the Hue Sync desktop app? Also, maybe adjustments to the brightness level for certain color? I find colors like dark blue and deep red to be dim vs.

9. couple small asks 1) can you allow lights to not turn off? its annoying during a scene when its basically a disco.

1. Fix Hue Stream Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hue Stream: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hue Stream App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hue Stream" » Open Hue Stream » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hue Stream » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hue Stream app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hue Stream servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hue Stream" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hue Stream app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hue Stream might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hue Stream. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hue Stream then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hue Stream not working

2. Fix Hue Stream Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hue Stream be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hue Stream not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hue Stream may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
