1. Also being able to request refills OR check to see if there ready for pickup right from the convenience of your phone is awesomeness!Great app! Mychart makes it easy to communicate with my doctor via email, check test results, and check in for my appointments without having to wait in line.

2. I am blown away and can't think of anything they could do to improve this app, but I'm sure they will, because that's what they do, improve things to make life simpler.What a BLESSING this app is! ((Just not having to call & be put on HOLD by 2 or 3 people when your trying to get a simple medication refill and then they get it wrong! )) Being able to check prescriptions, medication & doctor messages...on the fly, saves so much time.

3. It also has an option to submit for medication refills, so it saves time being on the phone or leaving a voice mail to request a refill.It is an easy to use app that puts all of my Bronson health care providers right at my finger tips.

4. I love the new update!I enjoy having my health record and history at the touch of a button, I don't have to carry all this information on me or try to remember family history, medications and when was the last times.

5. 4) CAN'T PRINT INFORMATION, so if you're trying to review, you're always going from one screen back to another or trying to piece together screenshots.This app is perfect! It gives me all my information and lets me communicate with my doctor and nurse.

8. I guess I have gotten spoiled with how easy and intuitive this one is and how simple it is to get a response from a provider and to see test results right away and visit summaries, etc.

9. I went in person and paid the bill in full on January 16th with cash , and several hours later I get a notice that a payment of $5.00 has been recorded.

10. Since I did pay the bill in full with cash, I assumed that they just didn't get around to recording it, thinking that they just got very busy and will record the full payment when time allows.

1. Fix Bronson MyChart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bronson MyChart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bronson MyChart App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bronson MyChart" » Open Bronson MyChart » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bronson MyChart » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bronson MyChart app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bronson MyChart servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bronson MyChart" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bronson MyChart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bronson MyChart might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bronson MyChart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bronson MyChart then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bronson MyChart not working
