It is incredibly inconvenient neither being able to copy text, nor take screenshots.this app used to work well now it's junk!! i just updated it and now I can't access anything.. not appointments not test results, can't request refills.. NOTHING!! it gives me an error message that says this app has a bug!! please try again after the developer has done an update.. Sentara has really dropped the ball in alot of areas since coming to our little town.
2. You can also monitor your payments and schedule your own appointments as well as getting feedback from those appointments.I have tried to access my account no less than 10 times to be blocked at every time.
3. Every time I tried clicking on Messages in the app, the app freezes and takes me back to the Google downloads app, which takes me back to the Open App screen for Google.

6. It's informative for you and doctors who can access your account when you are unsure about where and dates of service.
7. Doctors offices rarely answer the phone cause we are Supposed to use the online Sentara app.
8. I received an email before that which stated that I had test results to view.
