About RideRTC

1. RideRTC is the easy way to buy transit passes, plan your trip, and access customer service--right from your phone!

2. Introducing RideRTC, the all-in-one transit app for Southern Nevada residents and visitors.

3. RideRTC is a complete transit tool.

4. The app is easy to setup and use--you'll never buy a paper ticket again.

RideRTC Customer Insights

1. Just buy the ticket you need, hop on to a bus, scan, and ride! Some complaints are that it's aesthetically very dated, it doesn't recommend lines to take to get from point A to B, automatic log off cannot be disabled, features of Transit (3rd party) is not integrated in anyway, and (though more a complaint to RTC's system in general) commuting prices to the Strip area from a residential area can baffle locals. The whole system is screwed up.

2. but as i said i cant even load the app it only shows up a blue screen and and ive made sure it needed an update nope nothing ive uninstalled alot and restart my phoneWorks best with the My Bus Transit App for planning trips.

3. Love being able to purchase a pass in the app - scan from phone and i don't have to keep track of a tiny piece of paper.

4. The whole ride experience has been largely negative, with off time bus arrivals, reroute inconveniences, and traffic that only makes a "short" ride feel arduous.

5. This has caused me to miss several buses because I haven't been able to scan my pass to board.

6. i cant even get pass a blank blue screen and thats all the app does for minutes and never loads.

7. The Transit app it directs you to for scedules is reliable IF you know how to use it properly.I just used the "tap and go" feature today for the first time because it notified me i could use it for single fare one way ride($2).

8. The display at the front of the bus barely said what the next stop is and the speaker telling the stop was too quiet. The app itself is functional, you can buy the passes you need and utilize them (sometimes).

9. So i put the two dollars aside on the app and when i scan to get in it took the money but also said something like "low funds" on the screen.

10. I truly hope that any changes made in the future will only expand upon the great features of this app.For those who have trouble w/ the scanners.

11. Give yourself a 2-3 hour window when planning a route....I have used many apps in my life, but hve to say that the RideRTC app is one of the cleanest, best functioning, and easy to use apps I have ever had.
