1. This is so handy for travel when you don't have the same hotel multiple days in a row or your hotel is far away from where you're landing and want to explore! When I was in Florence, other baggage drops were starting at €4,50 for an hour and we're close to €8 for 3, this is just a set price for the entire day and it's so helpful!It's a wonderful convenient service if the place that's hosting the luggage holding knows what they're doing and keeps word to the hours they're supposed to be open.

Change the parameters of time and this would be ideal.I used the service once in Milan and it was good..okay...the second time I booked a place close to my hotel..and when I got there, the surprise! It was a car repair shop with no doors, everything open, zero security, and the guy who was supposed to carry my luggage said there was never a bag missing... I got my bag back and canceled my reservation with Bounce.

4. Perfect location.This was a great find to be able to leave a bag with a place that was designated that would be taken care of your bag and you would be able to retrieve it 10 days later and everything worked out.
5. I had to look for another place to leave my suitcase, so embarrassing and unnecessary... until now, I can't believe this happened!This was a life saver in cannes! It allowed my daughter and i to explore the town another half day! What a perfect opportunity! We also found one close to our place and it was on the way to the train station.
6. Our only issue was that the storage place limited you to only 3 days and they wanted you to personally come check your luggage back in with them every 3 days.
7. Second booking location was just great.If are not signed up and reserve a place, and you close the application, it doesn't store the reservation.
8. Thanks Bounce.The app is good, easy to use and everything but... I wanted to store my luggage for 3 day and they said it gonna cost around 50$ but they deducted 80$ on my credit card.
9. At the end, I got a refund of 75$ on my credit card.So nice to be able to leave our luggage that we didn't need for our Alaskan land tour.
10. I spoke with Kim at Bounce regarding this issue and she took it upon herself to make sure our luggage got rechecked in every 3 days.
11. I did have an issue at the first booking location to the point that I had to find another one, but was helped out by customer service.
