Why should I report an Issue with Buddies – Pet Care & Rewards?

1. Closing are restarting the app seems to fix the issue, but only for another 30 seconds or so of editing.Annoying Notifications! Please fix! I have had to turn off notifications for the app because it keeps sending the exact same thing about a discount that I obviously don't want to take advantage of.

2. Or even an option for a coupon to redeem for a bag of choice at the store would be nice too.Won't let me on to app, keeps saying password is wrong and when I try to change the password it throws up an error "whoops something went wrong check your connection".

1. Fix Buddies Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Buddies: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Buddies App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Buddies" » Open Buddies – Pet Care & Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Buddies » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Buddies – Pet Care & Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Buddies servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Buddies – Pet Care & Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Buddies app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Buddies might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Buddies. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Buddies then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Buddies not working

2. Fix Buddies Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Buddies be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Buddies not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Buddies may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
